Week 4 in college football was kind of weird. On one hand, you had Top 25 teams like Alabama, Georgia, Michigan State and Wisconsin all dominate, and then there were shaky performances from the likes of LSU, Missouri and even the Jameis Winston-less Florida State.

Regardless, Saturday's action made for some pretty great fails.

Arizona drops Cal with Hail Mary stunner

Trailing by two points with no time left on the clock, Arizona did the unthinkable and quarterback Anu Solomon launched a 47-yard Hail Mary pass that connected with Austin Hill in the end zone to win the game 49-45.

While it's a huge win in the eyes of Arizona fans, having four defensive players from Cal in the end zone on Hill and letting him score is a big-time fail.

Cal sends celebration e-mail as they lose to Arizona

In keeping with the theme of Cal's big fail in Arizona, the Cal merchandise store sent out a premature e-mail celebrating the Bears' win and offering discounts to fans.

Right as that happened, Arizona connected on its crazy Hail Mary pass that not only resulted in a loss for Cal, but angry fans expecting 25 percent off hats.

"Ralphie the Buffalo" gets loose in Colorado

A bit of a situation broke on Saturday while Colorado played host to Hawaii in a matchup at Folsom Field.

Colorado's mascot "Ralphie the Buffalo" got a little wild and tore loose from handlers during the pregame show. At least five handlers are seen booking it after Ralphie as she goes for a little stroll.

Ralphie the Buffalo almost claims himself a victim! Hopefully the guy is OK

Texas A&M punter gets NBA dad upgrade

ESPN dropped the ball in a segment called "Texas A&M Pro Family Ties" and mistakenly wrote that Texas A&M punter Shane Tripucka's father was former NBA player Peter Kelly Tripucka.

As cool as it might be if the two-time NBA all-star was Shane's dad, that's just not the case as the punter confirmed on Twitter.

Tulane fails hard on punt hike

Few things went right for Tulane during its Saturday showdown against Duke, but punter Peter Picerelli didn't get much help when his long snapper threw a punt hike that went over his head and into the uprights.

Practice is important, kids.
