With a wild third week of college football now in the books, Florida State remains in the AP Top 25 Poll's No. 1 spot after a bye week, and Oregon stays at No. 2 following their 48-14 victory over Wyoming.

It was upset central in Week 3 as Boston College, East Carolina and Virginia each defeated ranked opponents in their respective match-ups. South Carolina also had a strong return to form with a hard-fought 38-35 victory over Georgia.

Thanks to some of those upsets, there's been some movement in the overall rankings. USC drops from No. 9 to No. 17 while Georgia also falls from the No. 6 spot down to No. 13. Nebraska and Oklahoma State also made their way back into the rankings this week at No. 24 and No. 25 respectively.
