Virginia Tech's Isaiah Ford scores controversial touchdown

Virginia Tech has been caught in an unexpected struggle against East Carolina University, spending the first half of Saturday's college football game trailing by 21. 

True freshman wide receiver Isaiah Ford brought the Hokies back into the game with a controversial touchdown grab. 

The grab was disputed because it was unknown whether the football touched the ground before it was grabbed by Ford, but it was later ruled a touchdown by officials after review.
