Texas A&M's Hilliard carted off with apparent leg injury

Texas A&M may have the lead over South Carolina in its season opener, but the Aggies may have lost a player they were counting on to be a big part of the defense this season.
Cart is out for A.J. Hilliard. Was having an impressive debut game for the Aggies after sitting out last season after transferring.

It looked to be a right leg injury to Hilliard, as the leg was already in a cast while he was carted off the field. Hilliard, who transferred to Texas A&M from TCU, registered a sack of South Carolina quarterback Dylan Thompson prior to leaving the game.
