North Carolina head football coach Larry Fedora left no doubt about his offseason training regimen when his daughter, Sydney, tweeted this picture of them on the Fourth of July.

What's the 51-year-old's secret? "No beer, no cardio, lift weights 45 minutes, four days a week," according to ESPN's Brett McMurphy.
During the season, his plan is a little different:
