Attention, high school football players: If you're interested in playing for Ohio State, make sure your Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts are presentable.

OSU head coach Urban Meyer told the Dan Patrick Show that a member of his staff monitors the Buckeyes' social media accounts, and that they do the same for players they're recruiting.

"We'll get a social profile of players we recruit now," Meyer said. "Not every one of them, but if there's any chance of a red flag, we'll put together several pages of pictures and copy a lot of the social media profiles of players and see what they're doing."

It's actually quite progressive of the Buckeyes to be taking social media seriously, and although it can be difficult to judge tone on the internet, they're clearly demonstrating an extra layer of diligence in the player evaluation process.

Maybe they can help Will Muschamp while they're at it.
