Iowa's Jon Wisnieski: Ready for the season

Wisnieski is healthy after suffering an MCL sprain that kept him out nearly half the season last year, Chad Leistikow of Hawk Central reports.

Analysis:

Injuries have derailed Wisnieski's Hawkeye career to this point, both by rendering him unable to perform football activities or by burying him on the depth chart. The redshirt junior did not register statistics in any of the seasons which he has been on the team. He will look to make it onto the field in what will likely be his final season.
