Iowa's Drew Cook: Making switch to tight end
Cook is switching his position to tight end, Marc Morehouse of the Cedar Rapids Gazette reports.
Analysis:
The former quarterback recruit will make the move to tight end after spending his first two seasons under center. At 6-5, 220, Cook has ideal height for the position but he'll likely need to add bulk over the summer. With George Kittle gone from the program, Cook should have a chance to carve out a role opposite Noah Fant in 2017.
