For the second day in a row, a former Baylor football player was arrested for his role in the sexual assault of a female student in 2013.

Shamycheal "Myke" Chatman was arrested Thursday in the Houston area on sexual assault charges, as reported by Sarah Mervosh of the Dallas Morning News. Chatman's arrest came a day after his former teammate, Tre'Von Armstead, was arrested in connection to the same incident.

Chatman and Armstead are accused of accompany an intoxicated female student home from the apartment of a football player and gang-raping her on April 18, 2013. The alleged victim originally told police no sexual assault had occurred, but later filed a report because of bruising.

The latest arrest adds to the scandal that has plagued Baylor in recent years, and has seen at least 19 football players accused of sexual or physical assault since 2011.
