4-star LB Willie Gay, ex-Ole Miss recruit, picks Mississippi State

Three months after decommitting from Ole Miss, Willie Gay has signed with rival Mississippi State.

Gay, a four-star outside linebacker from Starkville, Miss., announced his pledge to the Bulldogs on National Signing Day.

The 211th-ranked player on the ESPN 300 took official visits to LSU and Michigan, as well as Mississippi State and Ole Miss, and was offered by a number of other notable programs.
