Iowa State's Allen Lazard to return for senior season

Iowa State received a boost Friday, with star wide receiver Allen Lazard announcing he will return for his senior season.

The 6-foot-5 receiver caught 69 passes for 1,018 yards with seven touchdowns in 2016.
Lazard currently holds a school record with 35 consecutive games with at least one reception and is on pace to become the school's all-time leading receiver in both yards and receptions in 2017.
The Urbandale, Iowa native has 170 receptions, 2,419 receiving yards, and 16 touchdowns in his career.
