UCF LB with 1 hand has incredible game vs. Houston
Nothing can stop Shaquem Griffin.
The UCF linebacker lost his hand at the age of four because of a rare birth defect, but he is still excelling on the field for the Knights. Griffin had three sacks, a fumble recovery, and an interception against Houston on Saturday.

Despite missing a hand, the junior is one of UCF's best tacklers, posting 14 against the Cougars and 10 more last week versus UConn.
Griffin also made a major impact off the field following the game, sharing a moment with a youngster who knows exactly what he's going through.
Moments like this remind you that life is bigger than the game.
