Michigan's Jehu Chesson: Targeted just once Saturday

Chesson caught one pass for 18 yards in Saturday's win over Penn State.

Analysis:

Saturday was another muted outing from Chesson as he was targeted just one time in a game where Michigan attempted 34 passes. Chesson's tear down the stretch last season appears to be in the rear view mirror as he's up to just eight catches for 145 yards and no scores through three games played. Amara Darboh and tight end Jake Butt have established themselves as the clear-cut top two targets in the Michigan offense, which puts a cap on Chesson's upside.
