Oklahoma State's Rennie Childs: Starting running back job still unknown
Childs is competing with Chris Carson and Stanford transfer Barry Sanders for the starting running back position, the Stillwater News Press reports.
Analysis:
Childs ran for 304 yards and two touchdowns on 72 carries which trailed Carson's 557 yards and four touchdowns on the ground last year. Sanders is likely to win the job, but that doesn't mean Childs and Carson won't receiver their fair share of carries in what projects to be a potent offense.
