Arkansas adds New Mexico State matchup to 2017 schedule

Nelson Chenault / USA TODAY Sports

Arkansas added another non-conference foe to its 2017 schedule, as the Razorbacks announced Saturday they will host New Mexico State on Sept. 30.

The two schools have met five times in their history, with Arkansas dominating the series winning all five contests. In those games, the Razorbacks hold a 251-67 scoring difference, with the last meeting coming in 2004.

The Aggies will be the third non-conference opponent on the 2017 schedule for Arkansas, as previous dates against Coastal Carolina and TCU have already been announced.
