Arkansas tabs Austin Allen as starting quarterback

Arkansas is turning to the younger brother of Brandon Allen to lead the Razorbacks into 2016, naming Austin Allen the team's new starting quarterback.
Allen, a junior, spent the last two seasons backing up his big bro. In Arkansas' scrimmage Saturday, Allen went 15-for-18 for 213 yards and three touchdowns, making him the clear-cut choice for head coach Bret Bielema.
Allen has attempted just 19 regular-season passes in his career. He completed nine of them for 188 yards, one touchdown, and one interception.
