The 6-foot-2, 172-pound point guard opted to join the Bulldogs over offers from Syracuse, Virginia Tech, Notre Dame, and Boston College, among others.
Washington, a Buffalo, N.Y. native, is ranked by ESPN as the 23rd best point guard in his class and the eighth best recruit in the state.
