Indiana sophomore Thomas Bryant will sign with an agent and remain in the 2017 NBA Draft, thereby forfeiting his two remaining seasons of NCAA eligibility, a source told Evan Daniels of Scout.
Bryant, who surprised many by returning for his second campaign instead of turning pro after his freshman year, averaged 12.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks in 2016-17. The 6-foot-10 big man is projected by DraftExpress to be a second-round selection.
The Hoosiers are still awaiting decisions from guards Robert Johnson and James Blackmon Jr., who declared for the draft without agents. Sophomore forward OG Anunoby previously declared with an agent.
