Wake Forest's John Collins to remain in NBA Draft

John Collins' college career has come to an end, as Wake Forest announced Wednesday that the star forward will remain in the 2017 NBA Draft and not return to school.

The 6-foot-10, 225-pounder was one of the most potent offensive players in the country last season, averaging 19.2 points and 9.8 rebounds per game while shooting a ridiculous 62 percent from the field.

Draft Express is very high on the sophomore, listing him as the 16th overall selection in their latest mock draft.

While the loss certainly hurts Danny Manning and the Demon Deacons going forward, it was a move that was expected after Collins' breakout season.
