Man arrested for selling fake Duke-North Carolina tickets

A man has been arrested for selling fake tickets to the Duke-North Carolina game from earlier this month, Durham Police confirmed to Colin Warren-Hicks of the Herald Sun.

Police allege that Frank Arvai posted an ad on Craigslist and attempted to sell the tickets. The man who he was meeting had previously bought tickets from Arvai and knew they would be fake, and thus told a police officer before the meeting.

Arvai was charged with scalping tickets, obtaining property by false pretenses, and counterfeiting a trademark.
