Texas' Kerwin Roach Jr.: Continues to struggle

Roach scored eight points (2-7 FG, 0-4 3Pt) and added five assists and four rebounds over 35 minutes in Tuesday's loss to Baylor.

Analysis:

The sophomore has struggled over the last three games, shooting just 33 percent from the field over that span while averaging 4.3 assists and 4.0 turnovers as well. Although his minutes have increased significantly from last year, the guard has yet to capitalize on this opportunity due to his inconsistent play. Although he is scoring, assisting, and rebounding more this year, he is also turning the ball over more and shooting worse from the field and 3-point line.
