Kentucky's Bam Adebayo: Season-high 18 in Saturday's loss

Adebayo had season-bests in both scoring (18 points) and rebounding (13 boards) to notch his third double-double of the season in Saturday's loss to UCLA.

Analysis:

Adebayo was an efficient 10-for-13 from the floor in this one, and also padded his stat line with a season-high four blocks. On occasion, the 6-10 freshman saw limited minutes in weaker, non-conference games, but the fact that he played 33 minutes Saturday, his most all season, shows that coach John Calipari is more than comfortable turning to him with the game on the line. Look for Adebayo's stock, both in fantasy and NBA Draft terms, to continue rising.
