The Oklahoma City Thunder showed up to the Air Canada Centre ready to play. Can't say the same for the hometown Toronto Raptors.
In addition to opening the game 1-of-6 from the field, the Thunder also blitzed the Raptors in transition - first with an alley-oop by Serge Ibaka, then a booming bang by Russell Westbrook.
