Reigning NBA Most Valuable Player Stephen Curry and his All-Star backcourt mate Klay Thompson splashed their way into the record books Sunday night against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Thompson had seven makes from behind the arc, while Curry chipped in two of his own to lead the Warriors to a 117-105 victory.
With nine combined conversions from deep, "The Splash Brothers" became the first duo in NBA history to nail at least 600 3-pointers in a season.
Curry leads the league with an even 350 made 3-pointers, while Thompson sits second overall with 253. To put their shooting prowess in perspective, the tandem has more 3-pointers this season than 14 teams.
The duo combined for 525 during the 2014-15 season, and 484 the year before.
