The Pelicans have yet to formally confirm that Gordon indeed underwent the procedure, but that information figures to surface within the next few days. Barring an unexpected swift recovery from a procedure that normally requires at least a month-long rehab, Gordon will close the book on another injury-plagued campaign in which he averaged 15.2 points, 2.7 assists, and 2.2 rebounds over 45 appearances. Gordon will be an unrestricted free agent this summer, but it's unclear if the Pelicans are interested in retaining him.
