Randle will continue to start at power forward Sunday against the Hornets.

Analysis:

Even after Randle posted a 23-point, 14-board outing in the Lakers' last game Friday against the Clippers, coach Byron Scott floated out the possibility that rookie Larry Nance would eventually take back the starting job at power forward. However, Randle will stick in the lineup for at least one more game, as Nance has been ruled out for Sunday's contest after experiencing some renewed soreness in his right knee. Nance's absence should pave the way for Randle to see more than 30 minutes of floor time Sunday, as the Lakers lack many other appealing backup options in the frontcourt.
