Dwyane Wade: Expects to play Monday

Wade (shoulder) indicated he'll be ready to play in Monday's game against the Bulls, Ethan Skolnick of the Miami Herald reports.

Analysis:

The Heat are officially listing Wade as questionable on their injury report, but with as many as five players (Goran Dragic, Chris Andersen, Josh McRoberts, Luol Deng, Hassan Whiteside) ruled out or seemingly on the doubtful side of the questionable tag, a comparably healthier Wade may be needed even if he's still feeling less than 100 percent. A strained left shoulder and right shoulder impingement have resulted in Wade sitting out two of the last five games and uneven performances on the occasions he's been active, but he turned in one of his stronger efforts in the Heat's last game Friday against the Raptors. In that contest, Wade tallied 22 points (10-20 FG, 2-6 FT) to go with four assists, three rebounds, one steal, and four turnovers in 37 minutes.
