The Spurs are giving Tim Duncan the night off for rest, so West and LaMarcus Aldridge will hold down the power forward and center positions Thursday. West should see an increase in minutes with Duncan sidelined, although he'll still likely share the additional minutes with the likes of Boris Diaw, Boban Marjanovic and Matt Bonner as well.
