Wade (shoulder) won't play in Wednesday's game against the Wizards, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Analysis:

Wade was originally listed as probable after playing through soreness in both of his shoulders Tuesday against the Bucks, but he must still be experiencing pain on some level, as the Heat could really use his services with both Goran Dragic (calf) and Beno Udrih (neck) also ruled out. Gerald Green is starting at shooting guard in Wade's place and should see a heavy chunk of playing time given the lack of existing depth on the roster. The Heat will evaluate Wade on Thursday and determine if he'll be ready to go in time for Friday's matchup with the Raptors.
