VIDEO: Wizards' Gortat avoids traveling call while hopping on one foot

Marcin Gortat of the Washington Wizards has found a foolproof way to avoid picking up a traveling call from nearby officials ....

Just hop on one foot:

"The Polish Hammer" was just a few feet away from the referee while playing hopscotch against DeMarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay of the Sacramento Kings under the basket on Monday night.

The official signaled that Gortat didn't have full control of the basketball, though. Which seems silly, as it appears that the only thing not in control was Gortat himself.

Ah well. It's only a violation if the referee blows the whistle, right?
