LeBron James convened a Cleveland Cavaliers' players-only team meeting following Wednesday's loss to the Toronto Raptors, according to ESPN's Dave McMenamin.

James and teammate James Jones reportedly addressed the team's inconsistent play of late during the meeting, McMenamin reports. The Cavs are 3-3 in their last six games, and wilted in the second half against the Raptors on Wednesday.

"It's all mindset," James told reporters after the 103-99 Toronto win. "It comes from within. I've always had it, my upbringing had me like that. It's either you got it or you don't."

James has been noticeably vocal with his teammates early this season, lamenting an occasional "half-ass effort" and showing his frustration by taking a seat during a play last weekend.

"It's indicative of how we've been playing all year," Jones, a 13-year veteran who has played with James for the last six seasons, told ESPN. "We haven't been consistent. We haven't been playing to the level of physicality and with the sense of urgency that we need to."
