Bargnani got some non-contact work in Wednesday, so Thursday's activity represents some progression for the big man. The hamstring injury prevented Bargnani from taking part in the Nets' preseason schedule, but the team remains hopeful that he'll be available off the bench for the Oct. 28 season opener versus the Bulls.
