Blazers bury Raptors under barrage of 3s

It's bad enough for the Toronto Raptors that they have lost 10 of their last 12 games. They didn't need the Portland Trail Blazers rolling into The 6 and hitting almost 45 percent from deep.
That's what the Blazers did in Sunday's 113-97 win. Their backcourt rotation of Damian Lillard, Arron Afflalo and Steve Blake were a combined 9-for-20 from downtown, while LaMarcus Aldridge led the way up front with 24 points and 10 rebounds.
Jonas Valanciunas was a perfect seven-of-seven from the floor with 14 points and nine rebounds, and both DeMar DeRozan and Amir Johnson hit half their shots. But Kyle Lowry struggled for Toronto, with 10 points on 3-of-11 shooting.
Portland remains a game behind the Memphis Grizzlies for the second seed in the Western Conference playoff picture, while the Raps have a percentage-point lead over the Chicago Bulls for third in the East.
