VIDEO: Kidd to Joe Johnson: 'We know it's coming to you'

Familiarity with certain players and their tendencies is one of the benefits of facing your former team.

Milwaukee Bucks head coach Jason Kidd would certainly agree. Kidd made his return Wednesday to New York to face the Brooklyn Nets for the first time since orchestrating his exit from the team after one year on the job.

When the Nets had the ball with 19.6 seconds left in double-overtime, Kidd knew exactly what they were going to do - it's a play he drew up numerous times when he was in charge.

Joe Johnson, often working in isolation, got the ball with a chance to win it. Kidd saw it from a mile away.

"We know it's coming to you," Kidd yelled to Johnson while smiling over to Brooklyn's bench during the timeout.

Kidd's Bucks pulled off a 122-118 triple-overtime win. The former Nets player, who led the team to a pair of NBA Finals appearances, was booed when he was announced as Milwaukee's coach.
