Victor Oladipo: (Knee) Practices Monday

Oladipo (knee) took part in the early portion of Monday's open practice but ultimately was on the sideline during the latter stages, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Analysis:

Donning a brace on his right knee, Oladipo was eventually absent from a light drill that featured the transition game. With six consecutive missed outings on the ledger due to a sprained MCL, he's highly questionable to play in Wednesday's exhibition against the Rockets. Nevertheless, the slow play is intended to ensure he's as healthy as possible for next Tuesday's opener in New Orleans. Depending on how he progresses through the injury, though, he may remain on the sideline to begin the season.
