Anthony, who won the scoring title in 2012-13, said he doesn't expect to win it again this season, ESPN New York's Ian Begley reports. "Especially in this system now, I don't think I'll be the scoring champ," Anthony said, in reference to the Knicks' new Triangle offense under coach Derek Fisher.

Analysis:

The Knicks could be running the worst offensive system in the world, and Anthony would still probably project to be a top-five scorer in the NBA. However, athletes typically set their sights pretty high, and if Anthony is already conceding the scoring title (which he finished second in last season with 27.4 points per game), it's probably fair to expect Anthony's points per game to take a slight dip this season.
