NBA Game Summary - Oklahoma City at New Orleans
New Orleans, LA (SportsNetwork.com) - Anthony Davis racked up 28 points in 26 minutes to lead the New Orleans Pelicans to a 120-86 rout of a depleted Oklahoma City Thunder squad in a preseason clash.
Davis shot 10-of-15 from the field and hit all eight of his free-throw attempts in addition to pulling down eight rebounds.
Ryan Anderson added 17 points for New Orleans, which roared out to a 34-12 lead just over 10 minutes in and never trailed at any stage. Jrue Holiday finished with 14 points on 6-of-9 shooting along with five assists.
The Thunder rested both All-Star point guard Russell Westbrook and forward Serge Ibaka, while reigning league MVP Kevin Durant is currently sidelined with a fractured bone in his foot that required surgery on Thursday.
Jeremy Lamb paced Oklahoma City with 20 points. Sebastian Telfair, starting in place of Westbrook, had 16 points.
