Harassment lawsuit against Houston Rockets rejected

A federal judge recently dismissed a discrimination claim against the Houston Rockets in which a Barclays Center food server alleged that several visiting players called him a derogatory term pertaining to his sexuality.
The server also claimed that he was barred from working in locker rooms, and that his overtime privileges were curtailed.
The judge ruled that since the server isn't a Rockets' employee - he works for Levy Restaurant Holdings - there's no basis for a lawsuit.
