On lessons learned
LeBron James needed to go away to Miami four years ago, immerse himself in the structure and discipline and accountability of culture there.

James should return to Cleveland a far more evolved and capable leader, a superstar able to mold a young team into a contender.

In four years LeBron learned to be a better, championship player. His management team may have improved even more.
