Report: Magic waive Jameer Nelson

The Orlando Magic have reportedly waived 32-year-old point guard Jameer Nelson, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

Nelson, who averaged 12.1 points per game last season, will become a free agent. Marc Stein reports only $2 million of the $8 million owed to Nelson by the Magic is guaranteed.
