Lopez's 2013-14 campaign was cut short by a broken foot that limited him to only 17 games.

Analysis:

Prior to the injury, Lopez was on pace for the best statistical season of his career, posting averages of 20.7 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.8 blocks, while shooting over 56 percent from the field and 81 percent from the line. Of course, his rebounding numbers leave plenty to be desired, but at 26 years old, Lopez is arguably the best offensive center in the NBA when healthy. He underwent surgery on Jan. 4 to repair the broken foot and went under the knife again in March to repair a tear in his left ankle. The Nets haven't released many rehab updates, but at this point, it's fair to assume he remains on track to be ready before training camp opens in the fall.
