Hickson had a season of disappointments, starting with losing the starting center job in February followed by tearing his right ACL in March.

Analysis:

Even though Hickson had a season of decline, the 25-year-old still almost managed to average a double-double. Next season will likely bring some change to his production, however. The return of JaVale McGee (leg) and this season's emergence of Timofey Mozgov spell trouble for Hickson's potential share of minutes, not to mention Kenneth Faried holding down the majority of the frontcourt minutes as it is. That being said, if Hickson emerges and gets considerable time on the court, he should be considered a perennial threat to put up a double-double.
