Although they couldn't capitalize, the Portland Trail Blazers were tossed a lifeline when Tony Parker's hamstring tightness forced him to exit Game 5.

Parker left the contest midway throughout the second quarter without registering a single point.
Of course, it shouldn't come as any surprise that the Spurs held on for the win.
