The Grizzlies initially opted not to extend Leuer a qualifying offer but were able to retain the former Wisconsin star anyway. He was acquired mid-season but only appeared in 19 games for the Grizzlies, averaging 1.8 points and 1.3 rebounds in 5.1 minutes. Per the NBA's free agency moratorium, the deal cannot become official until July 10.
