Jazz's Gordon Hayward: Exits Game 4 due to food poisoning

Hayward (illness) won't return to Sunday's Game 4 against the Clippers, Tony Jones of the Salt Lake Tribune reports.

Analysis:

Hayward came into Sunday battling a case of food poisoning, and despite being cleared to play after receiving IVs earlier in the day, he simply didn't have enough energy to give the Jazz quality minutes. He'll finish Sunday's contest with just three points (1-3 FG, 1-3 3Pt) and two rebounds across nine minutes. He should be viewed as questionable for Tuesday's Game 5 until the Jazz provide an update on his status.
