Celtics' Demetrius Jackson: Back to D-League

Jackson was assigned to the D-League's Maine Red Claws on Tuesday.

Analysis:

Jackson has appeared in only five games for the Celtics this season, and with Isaiah Thomas now healthy, there isn't much of a reason for the team to keep the rookie around. He'll find more consistent playing time with the Red Claws, with whom he's averaging 15.4 points, 5.9 assists and 4.9 rebounds per game on the season.
