Hornets' Nicolas Batum: CT scan on brain comes back negative

Batum's (migraine) recent CT scan on his brain came back negative, Chris Haynes of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

Batum has missed the last two games with a serious migraine and opted to undergo a CT scan Wednesday in order to determine whether or not something more serious was at hand. However, the scan came back negative and he appears to have avoided anything major, which is a sigh of relief for everyone involved. That said, Batum still remains without a timetable for a return, with his next opportunity to see the court Saturday against the Wizards.
