Bulls' Jimmy Butler: Warming up, hopes to play

Butler (illness) is warming up with the intent to play Wednesday against Orlando, Nick Friedell of ESPN reports.

Analysis:

An illness kept Butler out of shootaround Wednesday morning, but he's since rejoined the team and hopes to take the floor in his usual starting capacity. While the Bulls are yet to make an official call on Butler's status, coach Fred Hoiberg reportedly sounded "optimistic" that the All-Star would be able to play.
