Bucks' Khris Middleton: Hopeful to play Saturday

Middleton is hopeful to play in the second night of a back-to-back set Saturday versus the Raptors, Matt Velazquez of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Analysis:

It is the second back-to-back set that the Middleton has faced since making his season debut on Feb. 8 after tearing his left hamstring in September. He logged a season high 33 minutes Friday, recording 19 points (6-13 FG, 1-4 3PT, 6-6 FT), four rebounds, nine assists, and four steals in the process. The Bucks would presumably want to air on the side of caution with Middleton and not put too much stress on him early in his return, but he sounds optimistic about playing Saturday. A final decision on his status is unlikely to be made until closer to game-time.
