Warriors' Klay Thompson: Ice cold from long range Thursday vs. Bulls

Thompson tallied 13 points (5-22 FG, 1-11 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, and one assist across 37 minutes during Thursday's 94-87 loss to the Bulls.

Analysis:

With Kevin Durant (knee) likely out until early April, the Warriors will need Thompson's shooting stroke even more than usual. That being said, including his 1-for-11 performance from three-point range in Thursday's game, Thompson has shot 9-for-38 (23.6 percent) from beyond the arc over his past four contests. Even though he's been cold over the past week, Thompson will likely eclipse his season average of 17.2 field goal attempts per game with Durant out, and will probably catch fire again once adjusted to hit teammate's absence.
